President Buhari has written to the Nigerian senate,seeking confirmation of Folashodun Shonubi as the Deputy Governor of the central Bank of Nigeria.Buhari had in June nominated MR Shonubi for the same position.the letter was read by the senate President, Bukola Saraki upon its resumption today. Insiders sources confirmed to us that the senate might delay his confirmation knowing fully well that the President will soon send More list to the senate for confirmation.list of new management team of the cbn will land at the senate any time from now

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday charged the Ambassadors-designate, who were recently cleared by the Senate, to change the narrative of Nigeria as seen by the outside world. President Buhari gave the assurance on Monday in Abuja while declaring open an induction course organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Nigerian Career Ambassadors-designate.
