The announcement of new management team of the central bank of nigeria will now be on Wednesday as all issues regarding all the nominees were completed yesterday.the delay was as a result of power play by forces that wanted the return of the former deputy governor of central bank mr moghalu to return as deputy governor in the the team to be headed by the former managing director of unity bank mr Henry semenitari.

However issues concerning the nominee from the south west bode agusto was resolved two weeks ago to avoid a repeat of what happened to him years back when he was appointed a minister but was not cleared by the senate of the federal republic of nigeria.major stakeholders in the south west are now solidly behind his nomination.on the incoming governor of the apex bank mr semenitari, some stakeholders from the south south are opposing his nomination because the wife was the immediate past managing director of the nddc and some people are of the opinion that president Buhari should nominate another person from the region to replace him. Insider sources revealed to us that mr semenitari was considered for the job because he was the only managing director of a bank who was not involved in the Dasuki cash deal in 2015 before the presidential election.
