PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari arrived Ebonyi State onboard helicopter NAF 540.

The helicopter landed at the Army Barracks, Nkwagu in Abakaliki around 11:20am and the President was received by the Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, his deputy Eric Kelechi Igwe and the Minister of Solid Minerals, Chief Ogbonnaya Onu. Others include former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim former governor Sam Egwu among others He was received by jubilant crowd with different traditional dances Details later

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday charged the Ambassadors-designate, who were recently cleared by the Senate, to change the narrative of Nigeria as seen by the outside world. President Buhari gave the assurance on Monday in Abuja while declaring open an induction course organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Nigerian Career Ambassadors-designate. The Ambassadors-designate were recently cleared by the Senate. He specifically charged the Ambassadors-designate to change the narrative of Nigeria outside the country by playing up the positive values and outstanding contributions of Nigerians in the global arena.
