BREAKING: Buhari returns to Nigeria




Buhari was said to have touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja at 7pm on Monday.
The President was received at the airport by his Chief of Staff, Abby Kyari, the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Muhammad Bello, the Inspector General of Police, Idris Abubakar, among other dignitaries.
President Buhari had left the country on Sunday, September 17 to attend the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
He left New York on Thursday for London where he spent about four days before returning to Nigeria
No official reason was given for Buhari’s London visit but unconfirmed reports had it that he had travelled to London for medical reasons.
